Privacy Policy

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP). Last updated: June 2026.

01 Controller

The party responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the GDPR and the revFADP is:

TD Global Sàrl

c/o FGRD · Boulevard Georges-Favon 3
1204 Geneva, Switzerland

Managing Director: Daniel Schwenger
Company registration no.: CHE-425.132.973
Email: support@td-global.ch

02 Legal basis for processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary and always on a legal basis. Where the GDPR applies, we base the processing in particular on:

  • Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR — your consent (e.g. when loading embedded content).
  • Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — the initiation or performance of a contract (e.g. your contact request).
  • Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website.

For individuals in Switzerland, the revFADP applies in parallel. We process personal data in line with the principles of good faith, proportionality, purpose limitation and data security.

03 Hosting & server log files

When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits and that is technically necessary to display the page to you. This usually includes:

  • the IP address of the requesting device (shortened or only stored temporarily),
  • the date and time of access,
  • the file or page accessed and the volume of data transferred,
  • browser type and version as well as the operating system,
  • the previously visited page (referrer).

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The processing serves the technical provision as well as the security and stability of the website. This data is not merged with other data sources.

04 Contact & enquiry form

If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the data you provide — name, email address and your message — solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) GDPR.

Processor: FormSubmit

Sending the form is technically handled via the FormSubmit service. The data you enter is transmitted in order to deliver it to us as an email. Only the data you actively enter is processed. We treat your details confidentially and do not pass them on to third parties without your consent. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

05 Appointment booking (Calendly)

To arrange a strategy call, we link to the Calendly service (Calendly LLC, USA). Only when you actively click the link are you forwarded to Calendly; data processed there is subject to Calendly's privacy policy. The legal basis for the forwarding is your wish to arrange an appointment pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

06 Fonts (self-hosted)

The fonts used on this website ("Inter" and "Roboto Serif") are hosted locally on our server (self-hosting). When you access the website, no connection is established to servers of Google or other third parties and, accordingly, no personal data (such as your IP address) is transmitted to third parties. The font files are delivered exclusively from our own infrastructure.

07 Video embedding (Vimeo)

On the homepage we embed a video from the Vimeo service (Vimeo Inc., USA). We use a privacy-friendly two-click solution for this: simply visiting the page loads no Vimeo content and transmits no data to Vimeo. Only when you actively click the play button is the Vimeo player loaded, and data — such as your IP address and device information — may then be transmitted to Vimeo.

The legal basis for loading the player is your consent given by the click, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. We have embedded the player with the "Do Not Track" parameter. We have no influence over Vimeo's subsequent processing; Vimeo's privacy policy applies.

08 Cookies & local storage

This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies of its own and embeds no analytics services. Technically necessary storage (for example by embedded third-party content after your click) may be carried out by the respective provider. You can restrict or prevent the storage of cookies at any time in your browser settings.

09 Your rights

Within the framework of the statutory provisions, you have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller:

  • Access to the data processed about you (Art. 15 GDPR / Art. 25 revFADP),
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR / Art. 32 revFADP),
  • Erasure or destruction of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • Objection to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR),
  • Withdrawal of consent given, with effect for the future.

To exercise your rights, a message to support@td-global.ch is sufficient.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Within the EU, you can contact the data protection supervisory authority responsible for your place of residence.
